Mobile CRM+ application from Softtrends
brings the full functionality of CRM server to
the BlackBerry Smartphone in a manner appropriate
for use with a mobile phone. In addition, it takes
advantage of the hardware and native mobile applications
available on the BlackBerry phone to make CRM
information capture easy for the user.
Syncing CRM contacts and leads to
device contact, recording audio notes and phone
logss, taking pictures of illustrations, and uploading
them as activities to the related entity, syncing
CRM appointments and tasks to device calendar
and task application, sending emails and tracking
the in CRM server are some of the innovative features
implemented in Mobile CRM+.
Mobile CRM+ is designed using a
proprietary UI schema and works with Microsoft
Dynamics CRM (hosted/onpremise/ondemand) and salesforce.com

it to any other CRM server without making modification

Mobile CRM+ is developed in J2ME
using BlackBerry RIM APIs, and is available as
full version as well as versions where individual
