Meeting Notes PVR is the personal voice recorder mobile application that provides real time meeting notes using Timed or Manual capture modes. It allows you to record moments-in-time, or "thoughts" during a meeting, but without missing the context that led up to that main point or thought. Using pre-defined application settings, a certain number of seconds are recorded using the Rolling Buffer, both before and after pressing the Timed Capture. This ensures you always have proper context to your recordings. By also providing synchronization capabilities with ActiveSync, you can have these recordings, with their meeting context, embedded in your Microsoft OneNote files or other note taking applications.

Start Meeting Press this button to begin the "rolling record." The record buffer now begins and is ready to perform either a Timed or Manual capture during the meeting.		Timed Capture Press this button to capture a "thought" during your meeting. Based on your settings, this will record a certain number of seconds before you hit the Timed Capture button, and the same number of seconds afterwards. In total, you will have Context for your captured recording...before the point was made, and after the point was made.		Manual Capture Press this button to capture a "thought" during your meeting, but when you want to continue recording past the preset "context" defined in your application settings. With Manual Capture, the application will record a certain number of seconds before you hit the Manual Capture button, and will continue recording until you hit Stop.
