Our product mobile crm+ speaks volume of our experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM server. To develop an application of the magnitude of mobile crm+, we had to dissect every API, every entity structure, every attribute structure, permission, filter and the numerous SOAP XML packets that MS Dynamics CRM server exchanges with an external application interfacing to MS Dynamics CRM server.

We also had to master the different authentication methods e.g. AD authentication with OnPremise servers, IFD authentication with hosted servers and Windows Live authentication with OnDemand server hosted by Microsoft. When customers wanted to protect their servers within their firewall, we even had to implement proxy web services for them that interface to the MS Dynamics CRM web services protected within the firewall.
